How to cook pasta for dinner: no worse than in a restaurant
A truly restaurant dish for lunch can be prepared even at home. All you need is regular pasta. It will go well with a delicate cream sauce and shrimp.
The idea of cooking pasta with shrimp in a creamy sauce for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia with the nickname anny.cooking. Spinach will add a special flavor.
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g of pasta
- 10-15 shrimps
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 20 g of spinach (optional)
- 200 ml of 33% cream
- salt, butter, oil
- herbs, parmesan
Method of preparation:
1. Heat a frying pan with oil and a piece of butter.
2. Fry shrimp (can be either raw or cooked).
3. Add chopped garlic, cherry tomatoes, and spinach.
4. Heat together for a few minutes.
5. Add cream.
6. Heat until thickened.
7. Season with salt.
8. Boil pasta and add it to the sauce.
9. Heat together for a few minutes and serve.
