If you want to cook meat in a slow cooker quickly and tasty, stewing is the best solution. You can cook stewed meat with vegetables - potatoes, carrots and onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, or with mushrooms or even prunes.
The recipe for stewedmeat with vegetables in a slow cooker was published in one of the culinary blogs (cristik_crazy_food) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- meat - 800-900 g
- onions - 3 pcs
- carrots - 2-3 pieces
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- spices
- vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Meat wash and cut into medium pieces.
2. Place in the bowl of a slow cooker and cook in the "Frying" mode for 15 minutes.
3. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into cubes. Add the vegetables to the meat, add salt and a little boiling water.
4. Cook in the "Stewing" mode until tender.
