The idea of cooking juicy cabbage rolls in the oven for lunch was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname sign_a_soul3. The cook also shares her own version of boiling cabbage so that the leaves do not tear.
Ingredients:
- cabbage - 1 pc.
- minced meat - 400 g
- rice - half a cup
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- sour cream
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the head of cabbage so that the leaves can be easily removed.
2. Put it in a saucepan, cover with water and put on the fire.
3. When the water begins to boil, remove the leaves one by one.
4. Prepare a roast of carrots and onions, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and a little cabbage broth.
5. Cook the rice until half cooked (5-6 minutes).
6. Add the roast, rice, spices: dry garlic, paprika, pepper, salt, and dry basil to the minced meat.
7. Cut the cabbage leaves.
8. Form the envelopes.
9. Put in a mold and pour cabbage broth, tomato paste and sour cream.
10. Cover with foil and cook in the oven until tender.
