Ingredients for 1-2 servings:
- fish - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper, turmeric, Khmeli suneli, oil, lemon, rosemary
Vegetables:
- peppers, zucchini, eggplant, potatoes, mushrooms, carrots, oil, salt, Italian herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Dry the cleaned fish, make cuts, season with a generous pinch of salt on all sides, pepper, sprinkle with turmeric and Khmeli suneli, drizzle with oil and leave for 30 minutes.
2. Chop the potatoes and carrots, boil them in boiling water for 5 minutes from boiling.
3. Combine the chopped peppers, eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, boiled potatoes and carrots, add 2-3 tbsp of oil, salt, Italian herbs, mix and place on a baking sheet, put the fish in the middle.
4. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
