How to cook hake deliciously: a very original idea

Hake can be fried, baked in the oven, or steamed. Fish fillets can be the basis for delicious and healthy nuggets. Thanks to a successful breading, they are very crispy on the outside, appetizing and soft on the inside.

One of the culinary blogs (recepty_smachno_) on Instagram published a recipe for hake nuggets, which you can easily cook in the oven in just 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • hake fillet - 300 g
  • breadcrumbs - 200 g
  • flour - 100 g
  • egg - 1 pc
  • yogurt (3.2%) - 2 tbsp.
  • mustard - 2 tbsp
  • soy sauce - 100 ml
  • dried garlic - 1 tbsp
  • sesame salt - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Cut fish fillet into cubes and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce and garlic for 10 minutes.

2. For the batter, mix yogurt, mustard, egg and salt and stir until smooth.

3. Roll fish pieces in flour, then in batter, then in breadcrumbs, then again in batter, and finally in sesame seeds. Put on a baking sheet.

4. Bake the nuggets in a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn over to the other side 10 minutes before cooking.
