Ingredients for fish
- Tilapia fish - 4 pcs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour
Ingredients for frying
- Carrot
- Onion
Ingredients for the filling
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc
- Tomato - 1-2 pcs
- Dill
- Garlic - 2-4 cloves
- Favorite spices
- Cream - 100 ml
Method of preparation
1. Cut the fish into equal pieces, add salt and pepper, and set aside. Tilapia is best for this recipe.
2. Dredge the fish in flour and fry in vegetable oil on all sides until a crust forms.
3. Put some of the fish on a baking sheet, put a layer of fried carrots and onions on top, and repeat these steps until the ingredients are finished.
4. Blend all the ingredients for the filling in a blender.
5. Pour the fish with the filling and send it to the oven for 30-40 minutes at 170 degrees.
