Zucchini with ketchup for the winter - one of the most favorite canned food in many Ukrainian families. Vegetables have a sweet and sour flavor and turn out very crispy. In winter, you can open and eat with any garnish or meat.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini
  • water - 7 cup
  • vinegar - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • salt - 2 tbsp.
  • chili ketchup - 1 packet
  • garlic - a few cloves

Method of preparation:

1. Pour water into a saucepan, add vinegar, salt, sugar and ketchup.

2. Put on the fire to dissolve the salt and sugar.

3. Meanwhile, cut zucchini and put into clean jars, put chopped garlic between them.

4. Pour the marinade over the zucchini.

 

7. Store in a cool place.
