Homemade pizza on thin dough in 20 minutes: no yeast
Homemade pizza is a very tasty and hearty dish for the whole family. The most important thing in the preparation is to make a successful dough: with milk, water, and kefir, with or without yeast. At the same time, the filling can be any.
Food blogger Alexey Kryuchkov(kruchkov.food) on his Instagram page shared a recipe for homemade pizza on a thin dough, which is based on no yeast.
- flour - 300 g
- kefir - 200 ml
- vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1/ 2 tsp.
The filling can be any dish according to your taste.
Method of preparation:
1. To prepare the dough, first add butter, salt, and baking powder to the kefir.
2. In a deep bowl, sift the flour. Pour the kefir into it. Knead an elastic dough, it should not stick to your hands. When ready, leave it for 20 minutes to rest.
3 Meanwhile, prepare all the ingredients for the filling. The recipe uses tomato sauce, sausage, and cheese
4. Roll out the prepared dough on parchment. Brush with sauce and place toppings.
5. Bake the pizza at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Done!
