Homemade Nutella: how to make chocolate paste without eggs

Food bloggerShumak Inna (shumak_inna) shared a recipe   for homemade chocolate nutella paste on her Instagram page, for which you do not need to use eggs.

Ingredients:

  • sugar - 4 tbsp.
  • cocoa - 6 tbsp
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • milk - 2 tbsp
  • butter - 70 g
  • walnuts - 10-15 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix sugar, cocoa, flour.

2. Add the milk. Put on fire and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

3. When the mass boils, add butter and chopped nuts. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring.

4. Pour the finished mass into a mold and refrigerate until completely thickened.
