Homemade Nutella: how to make delicious chocolate paste without eggs

For baked goods, pancakes, or just bread: all of them are perfectly complemented by chocolate Nutella paste. It is interesting that only available ingredients are used for cooking and can be easily changed depending on your own preferences. And the whole cooking process will take about 15-20 minutes.

Food blogger Inna (shumak_inna0 shared a recipe for homemade chocolate Nutella paste, for which you do not need to use eggs, on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • sugar - 4 tbsp.
  • cocoa - 6 tbsp
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • milk - 2 tbsp
  • butter - 70 g
  • walnuts - 10-15 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix sugar, cocoa, and flour.

2. Add milk. Put on fire and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

3. When the mass boils, add butter and chopped nuts. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring.

4. Pour the finished mass into a mold and refrigerate until completely thickened.
