Homemade chocolate paste instead of nutella: suitable for baking
Nutella is often used as a filling for various pastries and desserts. It is one of the most favorite treats for many children and adults. But if you want to save money and still eat a healthy and tasty product, you should make homemade chocolate paste. The technology is very simple and budget-friendly.
The idea of making homemade chocolate paste with nuts was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria Didus (victoria_didus).
Ingredients:
- roasted nuts - 150
- oil - 5 g (about 1-1.5 tbsp)
- a pinch of salt
- cocoa powder - 20-25 g
- powdered sugar to taste (60-80 g). It can be added during the process, bringing it to the desired taste.
- milk 100-150 ml
Method of preparation:
1. First, grind the walnuts in a blender until they are smooth and creamy (a paste).
2. Add the powdered sugar, cocoa, salt, oil, and a portion of milk (50 ml).
3. Stir and bring to the desired consistency and taste, adding the rest of the milk.
4. This pasta is good for sweet breakfasts, desserts, or making holiday pies.
