Ingredients:
- 200 grams of chicken meat (it is better to choose a fillet from the thigh or drumstick, it is more juicy)
- 1 small onion
- a slice of bread (soaked in milk)
- 1 egg
- a pinch of nutmeg
- a pinch of paprika
- a pinch of dried garlic
- a pinch of herbs of Provence
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Blend the meat, onion, bread, and egg in a blender bowl (you can grind everything in a meat grinder).
2. Add seasonings.
3. Transfer to any silicone molds.
4. Steam for 20-30 minutes.
5. If you cook in the oven - 20 minutes (be guided by your oven).
