- cottage cheese - 500 g
- pumpkin puree - 100 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- sugar - 50 g
- semolina - 70 g
- salt, vanilla
Method of preparation:
1. Bake the pumpkin in advance until tender and turn its flesh into mashed potatoes.
2. To prepare the dough, mix cottage cheese, pumpkin puree, egg, sugar, semolina, salt, and vanilla. Mix everything thoroughly. Leave the finished dough for 20-30 minutes.
3. At this stage, put the dough on a floured surface. Roll it into a sausage and cut into portions. Form pancakes from each piece.
4. Fry in a pan heated with vegetable oil. Enjoy!
