Healthy fruit candies for children: you only need 4 ingredients

Ingredients:

  • apricots – 5 medium pieces (change the fruit according to your preferences)
  • bananas – 1 pc
  • agar-agar – 10 g
  • water

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the fruit and cut into pieces.

2. Put them in a saucepan and cover with water (one to one).

3. When they boil, turn off the heat, whip the fruit with a blender, or mash it with a fork.

4. Add agar-agar and boil for 5-7 minutes.
