Healthy cottage cheese casserole without flour: keeps its shape perfectly
To keep the cottage cheese casserole in shape and not fall apart, flour is added to the baking mixture. This is very effective, but the benefits and nutritional value of cottage cheese are lost. Therefore, it is better to use semolina instead.
The idea of making a delicious cottage cheese casserole without flour was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tata Chudnova (chudnova.food).
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 450 g
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- vanilla sugar – 5 g
- sugar/honey – 2 tbsp (30 g)
- semolina – 3 tbsp (50 g)
- sour cream – 4 tbsp (140 g)
- chocolate drippings or chocolate – 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. In a bowl, blend all the ingredients (except for the chocolate).
2. Add the drippings or raisins.
3. Stir, and transfer to a baking dish.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes (until golden brown).
5. After baking, leave the casserole in the oven off for 20 minutes.
6. This casserole is best served cold.
7. It will be tastier if you eat it cold!!!!
