Breakfast is the most important meal, which, according to experts, should be hearty, healthy, and certainly tasty. It is best to prepare quick meals in the morning, such as cheesecakes, omelets, scrambled eggs, and cereals, as well as casseroles, pies, sandwiches, and sandwiches.
Nutritionist Aliona Piddubna shared 2 recipes on Instagram for delicious toast with fish and avocado, as well as artichokes and cheese, which you can prepare in just 10 minutes (to watch the video, scroll to the end of the page).
Ingredients:
- whole grain bread – 40 g
- avocado – 1/2 pc.
- Camembert – 30 g
- Lightly salted salmon – 50 g
- sun-dried tomatoes – 20 g
- pickled artichokes – 20 g
- smoked paprika – a pinch
- balsamic – to taste
- ground coriander – a pinch
- olive oil – 1 tsp.
- salt and pepper – to taste
How to make tostadas with cheese and artichokes:
1. Fry the toast until golden brown.
2. Spoon out the avocado flesh, add salt and pepper, drizzle in the olive oil, and mix well.
3. Be sure to warm the Camembert in the oven.
4. Cut the artichoke.
