Healthy banana-spinach pancakes for breakfast: how to cook
Pancakes are an ideal breakfast option. But to make them nutritious and healthy, you can combine spinach and bananas in the dish. The products are fluffy and hold their shape perfectly.
The idea of making banana-spinach pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olha with the nickname demi_kitchen. It will be very nutritious if you add blueberries or strawberries.
Ingredients:
- banana - 1 pc.
- milk - 100 ml
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- flour - 100 g
- spinach - a bunch
- berries: blueberries, strawberries, etc.
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the banana, spinach and milk in a blender.
2. Add the remaining ingredients.
3. Mix well.
4. Fry on medium heat on both sides until crispy.
5. Serve with sour cream, yogurt, nuts and berries.
