- potatoes
- salt – to taste
- black pepper – to taste
- oil

Method of preparation:
1. Take the potatoes, and cut them in half.
2. Salt and add pepper.
3. Fry in a frying pan until golden brown on each side.
Sour cream for a delicious sauce for potatoes
4. Put on a paper towel to absorb the oil.
5. Serve with fish or any meat.
