The recipe for French-style meat has been known to everyone since ancient times. Every housewife improves it to suit the preferences of those for whom they cook. Over the years, French-style meat has long been a popular dish. One of the reasons for this is its ease of preparation and portioning, which allows you to accurately calculate the required amount of food.

Blogger Nastia Novytska shared her own recipe for French-style meat on Instagram. Like everyone else, she uses onions but serves them in a rather unusual way.

Ingredients

  • meat to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spices
  • bryndza cheese

Ingredients for the filling

  • onion - 1 pc
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation

1. Cut meat into portions and pound well. Add salt, pepper, favorite spices and leave in the refrigerator overnight.

2. Peel onion for the filling. Cut it into large pieces and put it in the blender bowl.

3. Add sour cream and mustard to the onion. Mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.

4. Put the meat on a baking sheet and spread the filling on it..

5. Sprinkle with cheese to taste.

6. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
