To make your dinner really satisfying, you need something meaty to go with your porridge or potatoes. In this case, stewed meatballs in a skillet are perfect. They cook very quickly and are juicy.

Ingredients:
- minced chicken (or other) - 500 g.
- onion - 2 pcs.
- salt, pepper, paprika, curry - to taste
- oil for frying - 10 g
Ingredients for the sauce:
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- grated tomatoes (or tomato paste) - 400 g
- salt, pepper, sugar - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the minced meat, onion and spices thoroughly and form meatballs.
2. Fry until almost cooked in a drop of oil under the lid.
3. Fry the onions and carrots separately. Once softened, add the tomatoes.
4. Simmer for a few minutes.
5. Add to the meatballs.
6. Cook under the lid for another 5-10 minutes.
