Flourless pancakes in the oven: what to make

There are many different recipes for making pancakes. Every housewife chooses the one she likes best and finds most convenient to cook. And each of them thinks that it would be worthwhile to reduce flour consumption. This issue becomes especially relevant during Shrovetide, when pancakes appear on the table much more often than usual.

But food blogger Anna Phil has solved this problem and suggested on Instagram that we make pancakes that don't contain flour. It turns out that it can be easily replaced with another ingredient.

Ingredients for the dough

  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - ½ tbsp
  • Cornstarch - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 200 ml

Ingredients for the filling

  • Cottage cheese - 250 gr
  • Egg - 1 pc
  • Sugar - 50 grams
  • Vanilla flavor - 2-3 drops
  • Raisins - 50 g

The method of preparation

1. Add sugar to the eggs. Beat with a mixer.

2. Add the oil. Mix well.

3. Add starch, beat with a mixer and gradually add milk.

4. Fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked.

5. Now let's start preparing the filling. Add the egg, sugar, vanilla flavor, which can be replaced with vanilla sugar, to the cottage cheese. Stir or beat with a blender.

6. Rinse and dry the raisins. Add to the cottage cheese.

7. Put the filling on the pancake, roll it up and put it in a baking dish. Add a little oil and cover with foil. Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 160 degrees.
