Cottage cheese casserole is the perfect recipe for a quick breakfast and a delicious dessert. It can be made in different ways: with or without flour or semolina, adding different toppings - raisins, fresh or frozen berries, and fruits.

Food blogger Maria Dragan(pp_food_blog_mari) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for cottage cheese casserole without flour and semolina, in the filling for which they recommend adding cherries. The dish turns out very juicy, and tender, and perfectly holds its shape.

Recipe for cottage cheese casserole with cherries


  • cottage cheese - 1 p
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • cherries - 100 g
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. In a bowl mix the cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar. Beat everything with an immersion blender until smooth.

2. After that, you need to put half of the curd mass into the baking dish.

3. Next, lay one layer of cherries.

4. Pour the remaining curd mixture on top of the cherries.

5. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
