Flavorful homemade bread in 20 minutes: cooked in a frying pan
Bread is the most popular product that is very easy to make at home. In can be made in a frying pan, a microwave, a bread machine, as well as in an oven. The main thing is to knead the dough correctly. Yeast dough is considered the most successful for this. It helps the bread raise well, and it turns out soft and fluffy.
Food blogger Natalia (nataliia.zhuk) shared a recipe for homemade bread in a pan on her TikTok page.
Ingredients:
- warm water - 250 ml
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- dry yeast - 7 g
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 430 g
- sunflower oil - 30 ml
Additionally:
- garlic
- herbs
- butter
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Pour warm water into a bowl and dissolve sugar and yeast in it. Stir, cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Then add salt and sifted flour. Stir until smooth.
3. Pour oil into the mass and knead elastic dough. Put it in a bowl greased with oil, cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.
4. Divide the finished dough into 12 pieces, form balls from each one and place them on a frying pan. Cover with foil and leave for another 20 minutes.
5. Then fry the bread under the lid for 15 minutes on one side and about 10 minutes on the other side.
6. Meanwhile, chop herbs and grate garlic. Mix the ingredients, adding melted butter and a little oil.
7. Brush the finished bread with the sauce.
