Flaky sponge cake for tea: easier than any cake
Instead of a variety of cakes, you can make a very simple sponge cake roll. The dough is very tender and fluffy. The cocoa and condensed milk filling goes well with it.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- salt - a pinch
- vanilla - a pinch
- sugar - 150 grams (75 in whites and 75 in yolks)
- water - 4 tbsp
- flour - 100 grams
Ingredients for the filling and soaking:
- orange juice - 50 ml
- condensed milk - 5 tbsp
- cocoa - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
2. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until fluffy, add 75 grams of sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
3. After that, beat the yolks with the same mixer, add the rest of the sugar and continue beating until the mass is white.
4. Pour the flour and vanilla into the egg yolks and mix.
5. Carefully add the egg whites and mix until smooth.
6. Cover the mold with parchment and spread the dough evenly.
7. Bake at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes (check for doneness).
8. Take the sponge cake out of the oven and wait until it cools slightly.
9. Add the cocoa to the condensed milk and mix (you can choose another filling).
10. Turn the roll over onto a clean baking paper and soak in the juice.
11. Wait a few minutes and spread the filling evenly.
12. Roll it into a roll, decorate to taste.
