Easy cheese soup in 30 minutes: how to prepare a delicious first course
Cheese soup is a light and easy-to-prepare lunch dish based on melted or hard cheese. The first course is often supplemented with meat, mushrooms, sausages and even meatballs. The soup has a pleasant creamy texture and delicate flavor.
Food blogger Yana Bilyk (ioannazinkova) shared a recipe for cheese soup with processed cheese and meat on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 4 pcs.
- water - 2 liters
- onions - 0.5 pcs
- carrots - 1 pc
- smoked chicken quarter - 1 pc
- boiled eggs - 1-2 pcs
- processed cheese
- herbs
- oil for frying - 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes into cubes, cover with water and put on fire. Bring to a boil.
2. Separate the meat from the bones and cut into small cubes, add to the potatoes.
3. Chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry together until soft, then add salt and spices. Add the roast to the pot. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
4. Cut or mash the eggs with a fork and add to the soup.
5. Add the processed cheese along with the eggs and stir to dissolve. Bring to a boil.
6. Add greens at the end.
