Delicious lazy cheesecakes: fried like pancakes
Instead of traditional cheesecakes, you can make lazy cheesecakes. They are much simpler because they are fried like pancakes. You don't have to worry that the products will be raw inside because they should be low, so they will cook for sure.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese 5% – 400 g
- flour – 50 g
- sugar – 30 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- vanilla
Method of preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients. The cottage cheese should be dry – the mass will hold its shape but remain sticky.
2. Form the cheesecakes with wet hands, so the products will not stick.
