Ingredients
- chicken fillet - 400 gr
- onion - 1 pc
- carrot - 1 pc
- oil for frying
- boiled whites - 3 pcs
- pickled cucumbers - 100 g
- pickled mushrooms - 100 g
- sour cream - 3 tbsp
- mustard - 1 tbsp.
The way of preparation
1. Cut chicken into cubes. Boil it or fry in your favorite spices.
2. Fry onions and carrots over low heat until softened.
3. Chop meat, whites, cucumber and mushrooms.
4. Mix all the ingredients and add your favorite spices.
5. In a separate container, mix sour cream with mustard and season the salad with the mixture.
