Crispy cottage cheese bagels for tea that are prepared quickly
The most delicious homemade tea treat is bagels. You can make them with different doughs, but the most delicious is cottage cheese. You can use jam and fruit for the filling.
- cottage cheese - 250 g
- butter - 100 g
- flour - 170 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- vanilla sugar - 1 p
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the cottage cheese with soft butter until smooth. Beat with a blender if necessary. Add salt and vanilla sugar and mix. Sift flour and baking powder. Knead the dough quickly and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
2. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll each one out, sprinkle a little sugar and roll it out once or twice more as if pressing sugar.
3. Divide into segments, roll the bagels, dip each one in sugar and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake at 180 degrees until tender.
