Crab salad in a new way: how to make
Today we offer you to prepare a delicious and light crab salad. It consists of an unusual combination of products, which gives it an interesting and unforgettable taste.
The recipe for this salad was shared by a food blogger with the nickname recepti_dariko. On Instagram, she shared not only the ingredients for this salad but also how to serve it beautifully to make it a table decoration.
Ingredients
- cottage cheese - 250 gr
- crab sticks - 250 gr
- tomatoes - 300 gr
- dill - ½ bunch
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- salt
Method of preparation
1. Cut tomatoes into cubes.
2. Chop dill.
3. Put cheese, dill, and sour cream in a deep bowl. Add salt and mix well.
4. Cut crab sticks into cubes.
5. Place the 19 cm diameter cooking ring on a salad plate and start assembling the salad.
6. The first layer is the cheese mixture. Smooth it well and put the next layer, which is crab sticks.
7. Squeeze 2 tbsp of mayonnaise into a thin mesh.
8. The last layer is tomatoes. Smooth them out and add a little salt. Remove the ring and serve.
