Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- 3-4 tbsp of flour
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. l. coconut flakes
- raisins
- oil (preferably coconut)
Method of preparation:
1. Mash cottage cheese with a fork. Add eggs beaten with sugar and mix well. Pour flour and flakes, add washed and dried raisins and mix everything.

2. Form syrnyky, roll in flour (you can also use flakes), and fry until golden brown on both sides over medium heat.
