Chicken nuggets in the oven: how to cook a low-calorie dish
Chicken nuggets are one of the most popular fast foods in the world. Replicating the dish at home is not difficult. Most often, nuggets are cooked in a large amount of oil in a frying pan, which is not healthy or low-calorie. However, this can be fixed by using the oven.
Food blogger Viktoriia Didus shared a recipe for chicken nuggets in the oven on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 500-600 g
- honey – 1 tsp
- eggs – 3 pcs
- breadcrumbs

- oil
- flour
- salt, pepper
- dry garlic
- cumin
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken into pieces about 2 centimeters thick.
How to cook low-calorie nuggets
2. Mix the chicken with honey, salt and spices. Stir, cover with foil, and leave for 30 minutes.

3. Then dip each piece of chicken first into the flour, then into egg and breadcrumbs.
4. Put on a baking sheet and lightly drizzle with oil.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
