Cheese soup with red fish: how to quickly prepare the first course
Any fish soup is always a healthy and successful first course that perfectly combines seafood with other vegetables. Most often, this soup is made from red fish: it is quite rich and has a rich flavor. It is ideal for a light and satisfying lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
- red fish fillet - 300 g
- potatoes - 5-7 pcs
- onion - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc
- broccoli - 150 g
- cherry - 150 g
- cream 15-20% - 150 g
- cream cheese - 1 tbsp.
- salt, pepper, cilantro, parsley
- water - 2.5 liters.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut carrots, onions and fish into cubes, tomatoes into halves.
2. Fry the onions and carrots in vegetable oil first.
3. Add potatoes and pour 1 liter of water, salt. Bring to readiness.
4. When the potatoes are almost ready, add the broccoli and cook for a few more minutes.
5. Add another 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil.
6. Add the red fish fillet and tomatoes at the end of cooking. Add cream, cheese and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
