  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 5 tbsp sour cream
  • vanilla
  • flour - 2 cups (depending on density)
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

Method of preparation:


1. Beat eggs with sugar, add soft butter and sour cream, and combine.


2. Next we add flour, and baking powder.

3. At the end of the muffins you can add what you like - lemon zest, raisins, candied fruits, berries, or leave as is.


4. Fill the molds 2/3 full with dough.


5. Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees (until the crust browns).
