- 200 ml of warm water
- 1 tsp of dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
Ingredients for the dough:
- 1 tsp salt
- 300 g of flour
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
Ingredients for the filling:
- 500-600 g boiled potatoes
- 300 g of boiled buckwheat
- 1 onion + oil for frying
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Make a dough. Take the flour, add sugar, yeast, and warm water. Stir and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
2. Add salt and flour to the dough and knead the dough.
3. Add the oil and knead until the end - you should have a soft and elastic dough, which you leave in a warm place for an hour.
4. Boil potatoes and buckwheat for the filling.
5. Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil.
6. Mix the mashed potatoes, buckwheat, onion, salt, and pepper into a homogeneous mass.
7. Divide the dough into two parts, one part is a third of the dough, and the other is 2/3.
8. Roll out most of the dough and put it into a baking dish covered with parchment and make 2 cm sides.
9. Put the filling on the dough and smooth it out.
10. Roll out the smaller part of the dough, cover the filling and pinch the dough. Prick the top of the dough with a fork and brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
11. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
12. Take it out and eat it cold.
