Buckwheat in royal style: how to cook a delicious dish for lunch
One of the healthiest and most valuable foods is buckwheat. It can be cooked in different ways: boiled in water, milk, cooked with butter, fried, meat and vegetables.
Cook Svitlana shared a recipe for delicious royalty buckwheat with meat and fried vegetables on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Meat – 300 g
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Buckwheat – 170-180 g
- Spices: paprika, black pepper, ground bay leaf, suneli hops, turmeric, and salt
- Boiling water.
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the buckwheat in a dry frying pan.
2. Cut the meat into medium pieces, fry until cooked with spices.
3. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots, and fry until golden brown.
4. Put the meat, roast, and buckwheat on top in a suitable dish, pour boiling water, add butter, and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
The buckwheat will be very tasty, crumbly and soft!
