Breakfast buns for any spread: the dough can be prepared in the evening

Fresh, crispy and flavorful breakfast buns that will taste great with any spread are exactly what every family needs. In the morning, the apartment will be filled with an incredible aroma that will add even more comfort and warmth to your home.

A food blogger with the nickname cooking_by_yuliya shared the recipe for these buns on Instagram. According to her, you can prepare the dough for the buns in the evening and just put it in the oven in the morning.

Ingredients

  • Flour - 500 gr
  • Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Warm water - 300 ml
  • Oil - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation

1. Mix all dry ingredients and gradually add water.

2. Knead the dough and add the oil at the end.

3. Leave the dough for 30 minutes, then knead it.

4. Again, leave the dough for the same time, and then form balls of equal size (you should get about 10 pieces).

5. Leave the balls to rise for about 30-40 minutes.

6. Make cuts on them and moisten the future buns with water.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.

8. Take the buns out of the oven, put them on a wire rack, brush with oil and let them cool.
