It is after braising that the chicken becomes very soft and juicy. The meat easily falls off the bone and separates into fibers. And this is despite the fact that the poultry is quite dietary and lean.

The idea of cooking juicy stewed chicken was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia with the nickname talli_sun. For the perfect taste, it will be enough to add just a few vegetables - the meat will stew in its own juice.
