"Bird's Milk" dessert without baking in 20 minutes: a recipe with gelatin
The popular "Bird's Milk" dessert is a flavor familiar to many since childhood thanks to its delicate chocolate-covered milk soufflé. It is also very easy to make from cottage cheese and gelatin in just 20 minutes. And interestingly, the dessert does not need to be baked.
One of the culinary blogs (anny.cooking) published a recipe for the "Bird's Milk" cottage cheese dessert with gelatin and chocolate glaze on Instagram.
Ingredients for a 25*11*7cm baking dish:
- gelatin – 25 g + milk – 150 ml
- cottage cheese – 350 g
- condensed milk – 200 g
- fatty cream 33% – 200 ml
- chocolate – 150 g + vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix gelatin with milk and leave to swell.
2. Whip cold cream with a mixer until stiff peaks.
3. Beat cottage cheese and condensed milk separately in a blender.
4. Melt the ready-made gelatin in the microwave or a water bath, add to the curd mass, and beat again until smooth.
5. Add whipped cream to the curd mass, mix quickly with a silicone spatula, and pour the mass into a greased mold. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
6. To make the glaze, melt the chocolate with the butter and pour over the dessert. Leave it in the fridge again for 2-3 hours.
