Basic sausages in dough in 5 minutes: both children and adults will like it
Sausages in dough are the perfect dish for a hearty and quick snack. But it is very important that they are homemade, because this way you can be sure of the quality of the products. It will take you only 5 minutes to make them.
The idea of making lazy sausages in dough in 5 minutes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia Simonchuk (cook_julija_simonchuk). The liquid dough is made with kefir, and you don't have to knead it by hand.
Ingredients:
- kefir - 300 ml
- eggs - 1 pc
- flour - 250-300 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
- sausages - 10-15 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Add the egg to the kefir, salt and pepper, and mix.
2. Sift in the flour and mix again until smooth.
3. Dip the sausages in the dough (if there is a film, remove it).
4. Put it in a frying pan with oil using two forks.
5. Fry on all sides.
