The idea of cooking crispy baked potatoes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasiia with the nickname nastya_siomko. After you have cut the potatoes, you need to pour boiling water over them. This step will help you cook a delicious and golden-crusted vegetable.
Method of cooking crispy potatoes:
1. Cut potatoes into slices.
2. Cover them with hot water for 15 minutes.
3. Drain the water.
4. Add paprika, potato seasoning and breadcrumbs.
5. Pour olive oil and leave for 15 minutes.
6. Cover a baking sheet with parchment.
7. Put the potatoes on it and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
