Bagels with minced meat in batter: how to prepare this delicious snack
Stuffed bagels are a great appetizer for everyday and festive meals. You can choose any meat for the filling, and bake the dish in the oven or fry it in a pan.
Food blogger Oksana Cherpak (cherpak_oksana) shared a recipe for stuffed bagels in batter on her Instagram page, which are perfect for a snack.

Ingredients:
- bagels - 100 g
- minced meat - 300 g
- milk - 300 ml
- onion - 1 pc
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 50 g
- salt, spices
Method of preparation:
1. First, soak the bagels in milk and leave them for 30 minutes.

2. Add chopped onion, salt and spices to the minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly.
3. For the batter, mix eggs, a little milk, flour and salt. Stir well.

4. Stuff the bagels with meat, roll them in batter and then fry them in a pan. Enjoy your meal!
