Ingredients:
- cucumber - 100 g
- avocado - 50 g
- boiled eggs - 2 units
- Lightly salted red fish - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs in advance and cut them into cubes when cooked.
2. Cut the cucumbers and avocado into small cubes. Add to the eggs.
3. Beat the chopped ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth.
4. Slice the bread and dry it in a pan.
5. Spread the stuffing on the dried bread.
