Making clear and rich aspic is not an easy task. If you miss the boiling point, the broth will become cloudy. However, if you follow the following technology, the dish will be perfect.

The idea of making the perfect clear aspic was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia Ryzhkova (natali_ryzkova). You can choose chicken, pork, or beef for the meat.

Technology for making transparent aspic:

1. First, soak the meat for 4-5 hours.

2. Rinse everything well.

3. Fill with clean water and put on fire.

4. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

5. Drain the water.

6. Rinse everything well, fill it with clean water and put it back on the fire.

7. Bring to a boil over low heat (there should be light bubbles).

8. Cook for 5 hours with the addition of carrots, onions, and peppercorns.

9. Set aside. Strain the broth.

10. Add garlic and plenty of salt and and divide the meat into fibers.

11. Pour into bowls and set aside until it hardens.
