An elementary dessert in 5 minutes without baking: you need a glass
It is possible to make an unrealistically delicious and healthy dessert in 5 minutes. And you don't even need an oven. This pudding combines delicate chocolate, fruit, and oatmeal flavors, so you can also do without sugar because all the ingredients give off their natural malt. It's perfect for breakfast or a lunchtime snack at work.

Recipe for two servings
Ingredients:
- oatmeal - 100 g
- large banana - 100 g
- cocoa powder - 2 tsp
- boiling water - 20 ml
- Greek yogurt - 250 g
- nuts to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Fry oatmeal with mashed banana for 2-3 minutes in a dry frying pan.
2. Brew cocoa with boiling water and add to the Greek yogurt, mix well.
3. Put in layers in a glass, garnish with nuts on top.
4. For those who lack malt, you can add honey or some natural syrup between the layers.
