A very quick and hearty lasagna made from ready dough: perfect for lunch
You can prepare a delicious and satisfying lasagna quickly if you use ready-made dough sheets. You can buy them at any store. Then you just need to add the filling and sauces.
The idea of cooking a hearty lasagna with minced meat for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna with the nickname kathycoooks. It takes a maximum of 30 minutes to bake.
Ingredients:
- lasagna sheets - 12-16 pcs.
- mozzarella cheese - 200 g
Ingredients for bolognese sauce:
- minced meat - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 3 cloves
- spices - to taste
- tomato sauce or tomatoes in a can - 350 ml
Ingredients for the bechamel sauce:
- milk - 700 ml
- butter - 50 g
- flour - 3 tbsp
- ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp.
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Put lasagna sheets in boiling water for 1 minute.
2. For bolognese sauce, fry finely chopped onion.
3. Add garlic and fry until golden brown.
4. Add minced meat and use a spatula to break it into small pieces.
5. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
6. Add spices and tomato sauce.
7. Mix well and simmer for another 5 minutes.
8. For bechamel sauce, combine butter and flour in a saucepan and stir until golden brown.
9. Gradually pour in milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. The sauce should thicken to the state of sour cream. Add salt and nutmeg.
10. Assemble the lasagna in layers. Put the lasagna sheets on the bottom of the baking dish, then the bechamel sauce on top. Then bolognese sauce and some grated cheese. Repeat until you run out of ingredients. Top with lasagna sheets, bechamel sauce and cheese.
11. Put the casserole in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
12. The finished lasagna should stand for 15 minutes, and then you can eat it.
