Here's a recipe for pancakes that will make the dish just perfect. Moreover, following this recipe, the pancakes will be delicious with any filling and will never tear or get soggy.

This miracle recipe was shared on Instagram by a food blogger named annet_days. She also added that the pancakes according to this recipe are tender, soft, have a beautiful golden color and a pleasant, delicate aroma and taste of honey.

Ingredients

  • eggs - 5 pcs
  • honey - 3 tbsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • flour - 300 gr
  • milk - 900 ml
  • oil - 20 ml + a little for frying

Method of preparation

1. Combine eggs, honey, and flour. Mix everything well so that there are no lumps. You can use a mixer.

2. Gradually add milk. Add oil at the end.

3. Strain the batter through a sieve to remove excess lumps and leave for 30 minutes.

4. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, heat it up and fry the pancakes on both sides.

5. After cooking, the pancakes should be cooled separately from each other and only then stacked.
