Pita is the ideal product for making delicious appetizers, pies with salty and sweet fillings. It can also be used to make delicious lasagna and rolls.

Cook Polina shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pita appetizer, with a delicious filling of cucumber, Korean-style carrots and crab sticks.

Ingredients:

  • pita bread
  • young cabbage
  • Korean carrots
  • cucumber
  • cheese
  • crab sticks

For the sauce:

  • white yogurt
  • mayonnaise
  • dill

Method of preparation:

1. Unwrap the pita bread. Spread the sauce on top.

 

2. Finely chop the cabbage, cucumber slices, cheese and crab sticks.

3. Place cabbage, cucumbers, Korean-style carrots, crab sticks, and cheese on top of pita. Roll up and grill on both sides until golden.
