A sandwich is not only a quick breakfast dish but also a snack. To make it healthy, you need to choose the right toppings: eggs, tuna, vegetables, cheese, and herbs, and avoid unhealthy sausage, ketchup, and mayonnaise.

One of the culinary blogs (fasting_marafon) on Instagram posted a recipe for a delicious tuna, cheese, and egg sandwich that you can prepare in 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • tuna in its own juice - 50 g
  • cheese (sulguni, mozzarella) - 25 g
  • lettuce - 2 leaves
  • bread - 2 slices
  • chicken egg - 1 pc
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. First, beat the egg with salt with a fork.

2. Wash and dry lettuce leaves, drain excess oil from the tuna, and cut cheese into pieces.

3. Dip one slice of bread into the egg mixture and put it on a preheated frying pan.

4. Put lettuce, tuna and cheese slices on top of the bread. Dip the second slice of bread in the egg and put it on top. Fry under the lid for 2 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
