Kaley Cuoco publicly confirmed her relationship with Pelfrey in May 2022. Less than a year later, the lovers welcomed their daughter Matilda, who is now a year and a half old.

The couple first met in April 2022 at the premiere of the Ozark series. Kaley and Tom immediately felt a spark and quickly started a romance.
