Ani Lorak, a native of the Chernivtsi region, fled abroad after being suspected of helping the Ukrainian Armed Forces and canceling her concerts in Russia. The artist disclosed that she went to an elite resort in Dubai.

For example, her brother told the singer on New Year's Eve that he was hiding from Russian shelling. On this occasion, she even wrote a sympathetic message in Ukrainian.
