Not only Lvova-Belova was involved: the media named the handlers of Ukrainian child abductions

Journalists revealed who is behind Russia's abduction of Ukrainian children

In Russia, in addition to Russian President Vladimir Putin and Children's Ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova, a number of other Russian officials of various levels are involved in the abduction of Ukrainian children. In particular, Moscow-appointed "officials" in the occupied Ukrainian regions are responsible for the "re-education" of young Ukrainians.

Also involved in the scheme are the so-called "heads" of the occupation "ministries" in the occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, with the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov also involved in committing this grave war crime. The names of the war criminals, who, unlike Putin and L'vovska-Belova, have not yet waited for arrest warrants from the International Criminal Court, were made public by the Ukrainian media.

Journalists have established that Putin and L'vova-Belova are only the "tip of the iceberg" in a large-scale scheme to kidnap and "re-educate" Ukrainian children. This scheme involves the occupiers' "services for children" in the territories occupied by Russia, "children's ombudsmen," and "ministries of education, youth, and sports" in the temporarily occupied Ukrainian regions.

Thus, in temporarily occupied Crimea, teachers are led by traitor Valentina Lavrik, in the so-called "DPR" - Olga Kaludarova, in the so-called "LPR" - Ivan Kusov, in the occupied Kherson region - Mikhail Rodikov, in Zaporizhia - Elena Shapurova.

Children's services in the "DPR" are headed by Svetlana Maiboroda, and in Crimea by Anastasia Omelchenko.

The "Ministries of Youth and Sports" of the occupied territories are headed by Alexander Gromakov in Donetsk Region, Dmitry Sidorov in Luhansk Region, Elvira Vitrenko in Kherson Region, and Anton Tytsky in Zaporizhia.

The children's ombudsman in occupied Crimea is Irina Klyuyeva, in the DPR - Darya Morozova, in the LPR - Inna Shvenk.

"The "ministries of social policy and labor" are also indirectly involved in the abduction of children, since they were the ones who issued payments for children to parents in the occupied territories last year," the journalists note.

Thus, Denis Strelchenko heads such a "ministry" in the ""DPR," Svetlana Malakhova in the "LPR," Yevgeny Markelov in the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia region, Alla Barkhatnova in Kherson region, Elena Romanovskaya in Crimea, and Anton Kotyakov in the Russian Federation.

Also actively involved in kidnapping thousands of Ukrainian children are local gauleiter Sergei Aksenov (Crimea), Leonid Pasechnik ("LPR"), Denis Pushilin (" DPR"), Vladimir Saldo (Kherson region), Yevgeny Balitsky (Zaporizhia region).

"The issues of children in the occupied territories are also of concern to so-called patrons of the arts. Namely, for example, the Orthodox oligarch of Russia, Konstantin Malofeev. He and his "St. Basil the Great Foundation" are co-sponsors of the "Happy Childhood" project. In 2014, he financed terrorist units like Igor Girkin (ex-DPR terrorist leader, former FSB officer Igor Girkin. - Ed.)," the investigators noted.

Also behind the kidnapping of the Ukrainian children are the ears of Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov, and his mother, Aiman Neseevna Kadyrova, who regularly reports on "assistance" to Ukrainian children.

Kadyrov himself, in cooperation with Lvova-Belova, has created a camp near Grozny for the "re-education of children from the new territories of the Russian Federation. Ukrainian minors who are particularly active in resisting attempts to "russify" them are rebuked there.

Recall that on March 17, 2023, the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued an arrest warrant for Putin. The Russian dictator is suspected of direct involvement in the forced deportation of Ukrainian citizens and failure to prevent Russian soldiers and officials from committing war crimes.

The Russian children's ombudsman Maria Lvova-Belova, who organized the abduction of Ukrainian children from the occupied territories, should be arrested along with him.

On April 27, PACE officially recognized Putin's arrest warrant and confirmed the genocide committed by the Russian Federation. Now the countries that have ratified the Rome Statute and are obliged to implement the decisions of the ICC are joined by those PACE member states that are not part of the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court.
